Terms of Service

Effective: February 2026

Agreement

By using M365Shield services or submitting the risk check form at m365shield.com, you agree to these terms.

Services

M365Shield provides Microsoft 365 security assessment and baseline deployment services. Services are defined by the engagement scope agreed upon before work begins. The standard deployment includes a read-only assessment, deployment of up to 12 security controls, a verification report, and a rollback package.

Service Scope

The deployment is limited to Microsoft 365 tenant configuration. We do not manage endpoint devices, third-party applications, or on-premises infrastructure. Custom requirements beyond the standard 12-control baseline require a separate scope agreement.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is as listed on m365shield.com at the time of engagement. SMB (10–50 users): $2,995. Mid-Market (51–250 users): $7,995. Payment is due before deployment begins. The assessment is provided at no charge.

Tenant Access

You grant M365Shield temporary administrative access to your Microsoft 365 tenant for the duration of the engagement. We use this access solely to perform the agreed-upon assessment and deployment. All changes are logged. Access is revoked upon completion.

Rollback

Every configuration change is documented with its previous value. If any change causes an issue, we will roll it back. You may request a full rollback within 30 days of deployment completion.

Deliverables

Upon completion, you receive: an assessment report documenting your tenant's security posture before deployment, a deployment log documenting every change made, a verification report confirming all controls are active, and a rollback package containing previous configuration values.

Limitation of Liability

M365Shield's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement. We are not responsible for pre-existing security issues, third-party service disruptions, or unauthorized changes made by others after deployment.

No Guarantee

While our deployment follows industry best practices and addresses common security gaps, no security measure eliminates all risk. M365Shield does not guarantee prevention of security incidents.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
